If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or any other reason that is beyond our control, you will be notified and asked to pay the re-shipping fee. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped a $5.00 cancellation fee will apply (per order).

If the order is refused at delivery, all costs related to shipping the item back to our warehouse will be deducted from your payment, along with a $5.00 cancellation fee.
