Please be sure to provide a complete and correct address when placing your order. 

Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges. 

If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is not refunded by the carrier. 

Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping and return shipping charges.
