There is a $5.00 fee for any order cancellation.

While we certainly will attempt to honor any request for cancellation, we cannot guarantee it.

Once an order is placed and processing, if a request is received, cancellation depends on where the order is within that process. If a cancellation is granted, there will be confirmation via email, along with a refund minus a $5.00 cancellation fee.

A refund for any reason except if the fault lies exclusively with ThingFling you will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee..
