Why was my order canceled?

There are a few reasons why we might have to cancel one order: ($5.00 cancellation fee applies)

If you complete one order and your billing address is a PO Box, APO/FPO address, your order will be canceled and refunded within 7 business days from the date the order was placed and you will be notified via email after the cancellation.

If the address cannot be validated with USPS address database and we cannot ship the order. We'll try to make corrections to the address with you as long as it's the same billing address and if unable to validate the billing address, your order will be canceled and refunded within 7 business days from the date the order was placed and you will be notified via email after we have issued your  refund.

If an incorrect/invalid address is provided or for any other reason the order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, your order will be canceled and refunded within 7 business days from the date the order was placed and you will be notified via email after we have issued your  refund.

If your are returning a defective item for a refund and we have a replacement available, your order will be canceled and refunded within 7 business days from the date the order was placed and you will be notified via email after we have issued your  refund
